Bookings for accommodations can be made online or on-site when registering for the conference. Participants are responsible for covering their own hotel expenses which is an approximately 40 US dollars per day for a standard room with two twin beds or one king-size bed, which includes a continental or Chinese breakfast. VISA, Master Card, and Union Pay, as well as WeChat and Alipay, are accepted at the hotel without any additional transfer fees.
